How to correct Separator?

I have several dozen files in this naming format:

205-Boston-More_Than_A_Feeling.mp3

I'm wondering if ID3 tagit can help me change them all to:

205 - Boston - More_Than_A_Feeling.mp3

Basically I want to put a space between each existing separator.

Any help is appreciated

I know I can rename them manually. I'm looking for any type of automated process that's available, similar to how it can auto capitalize first letters.
